By accessing or using PawPort (“Service”), operated by unllmited sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
PawPort provides personalized pet travel compliance plans, including reverse timelines, document checklists, and a document vault. The Service is informational—we aggregate official government requirements but are not a veterinary or legal authority.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Pricing & Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly) at the prices displayed at checkout. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds
All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute Service content.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software comprising the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Your compliance plans and uploaded documents remain yours.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, pet travel regulations change frequently. Always verify requirements with official government sources and your veterinarian before travel. We are not liable for denied boarding, quarantine, or other consequences arising from reliance on the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
